FREE delivery on all:

Yes, we can absolutely deliver to your PO box.
We aim to dispatch all orders the next business day, regardless of delivery method. Due to the current delays in the delivery network in greater Sydney, please allow 2 business days for your items to be dispatched.
We aim to dispatch all order placed before 12 PM (AEST) the same day. We cannot guarantee same-day dispatch for any Standard or Express Delivery order placed.
You will receive an automated system email containing your tracking number once your shipment has been booked with the appropriate carrier. Please allow 1-2 business days for your tracking number to be sent to your email after placing your order.
Your delivery timeframe is outlined in the delivery method you selected at the checkout. Refer to the email invoice to view the estimated timeframe. For a more accurate delivery date, please refer to your tracking information email.
All taxes that are applicable to your order are included in the final total displayed at the checkout page.
Your PDF tax invoice will be sent as an attachment via email once your order has been completed. To download your tax invoice manually (registered customers only), please go to My Account > Orders and then click on ‘INVOICE’ next to the relevant order. Alternatively, you may send us a message using our live chat service, asking for a tax invoice.
