Our Returns Policy

Here at Avarrix, we doing everything in our power to ensure that you absolutely love your new paper solutions. However, we do understand that sometimes what you ordered was not exactly what you were looking for.

Rest your mind knowing that even if you make the wrong selection, you can still receive a full refund. All you have to do is create a returns request and send your undamaged/unopened order items within 30 days of receipt of delivery. After we receive the product, we can then provide you either a replacement or a full refund of the product price. Easy as paper!

Return Conditions

30 Day Money Back Guarantee Policy

In order to receive a full refund of the product price (original shipping cost not included), the following conditions apply:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery.
  • Items must be in an undamaged/sellable condition. No torn, ripped items will be accepted. Sticker paper items must have no print on it. (Ask yourself, would someone else be able to use this item again?)
  • Product packaging (not shipment packaging) must be in an undamaged condition, suitable for re-sale.

Items eligible for a refund will be refunded after we have received the goods. Also please note that the original shipping cost is not refundable. Our change of mind returns policy applies in addition to, and does not affect, your rights under the consumer guarantees which apply under the Australian Consumer Law.

30 Day Free Returns Policy

All Avarrix products are eligible for our 30 Day Free Returns Policy, however, the following conditions apply:

  • Item must be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery.
  • Packaging must be in an undamaged condition.
  • Product must be in an unused condition. All sheets must be returned and in their original condition.

Faulty Item Returns

For faulty item returns, please initiate a return as per normal procedure by clicking the START RETURN button above. Note the following:

  • Item does not have to be in the original packing, however, must be still adequately packed for safe shipping back to us.
  • In the case of faulty items, the original shipping price is also refundable.
  • We encourage you to initiate a return within 30 days of receipt of delivery.

How can I start a return?

How can I exchange my ordered products?

We are more than happy to exchange your products if you change your mind. A full refund will be provided if return conditions are met. To exchange your products:

  1. Initiate a return using the START RETURN button.
  2. Ship your unwanted products back to us.
  3. Order the new products you would like from our Avarrix website.
How can I return a faulty or incorrect item?

We exercise strict procedures to ensure that you receive your items in top condition. In the rare event that you receive a faulty item, you must start a new order for the same product and return the faulty product as per the normal returns procedure. The same process applies if you receive the incorrect item.

What is the time frame in which a return/exchange can be completed?

Yes, you must initiate and lodge a returns request within 30 days of receipt of delivery. Your returns request does not have to be approved within this 30-day time frame, however, the process must be initiated within this time. If you do not initiate a returns request within 30 days, you may no longer be eligible for a full refund of the product price.

Is the shipping cost refundable?

We will provide a full refund for all orders that have met our return conditions. Shipping cost is not refundable.

Will I be provided with a shipping label?

Yes, we will email you all the return labels and information you need. You must attach this label to your exterior packaging so that is clearly visible and all barcodes on the shipping label are on a flat surface.

Who pays for the return shipping cost?

We will pay for the return shipping cost as long as your returns request adheres to our 30 Day Free Returns Policy:

  • Item must be returned in a sellable condition within 30 days of receipt of delivery.
  • Packaging must be in an undamaged condition.
  • Product must be in an unused condition. All sheets must be returned and in their original condition.
